We are looking for a Sales Supervisor, in charge of leading and monitoring field work teams, ensuring compliance with commercial and operational objectives. You will be responsible for supervising daily activities, monitoring metrics, providing support to staff and ensuring correct execution of strategies at the point of sale.

Main functions:
* Supervision and coordination of personnel
* Monitoring of indicators and achievement of goals
* Preparation of operational and administrative reports
* Resolution of incidents and support to the work team
* Implementation and monitoring of commercial strategies
* Training and support for staff
