GRUPO INVERSOL, an important National Distributor of Claro with a solid presence in the Telecommunications and Call Center sector, is looking for new talents to work as:\nSALES SUPERVISOR CONTACT CENTER CHANNEL - MOBILE / HOME / COMPANIES (CLARO)\nWhat will you do?\nLead and develop a team of call center sales advisors under remote mode, ensuring compliance with commercial goals, productivity and quality.\nCarry out daily monitoring of sales, conversions, productivity and effectiveness.\nImplement commercial actions to improve results.\nAvailability to recruit and form your own Sales Team 25 positions available (10 minimum agents to start)\nPermanently generate candidates to join the team.\nDisseminate job opportunities through social networks, contacts and referrals.\n\nWhat do we need?\nMinimum 1 year proven experience, in areas of Supervision of call center, financial sector or insurance.\nPreferably in the telecommunications sector (Of course).\nLeadership, communication and team management skills.\nResult orientation and achievement of objectives.\nProactive attitude and focus on commissions.\nTruncated or complete higher education (not studies in progress)\nAge: 25 years and older\nExcellent intermediate level\nAvailability to work remotely (you must have tools own)\nHave wired internet\nFIXED HOURS:\nMonday to Friday: 9:00 am -6:45 pm\nBENEFITS:\nFixed salary of S/.1600 to 1800\nMonthly variable: measurable according to indicators\nMYPE PAYROLL FROM THE FIRST DAY OF MANAGEMENT with all the benefits according to the law.\nIf you are a leader, you like challenges and you would like to belong to one of the largest Authorized Distributors of América Móvil, this is the opportunity.",
