Zone Supervisor – Self-Service and Departmental Chains (VF DILTEX)

Fashion and lingerie company VF DILTEX is looking for an Area Supervisor to work with our brands: Ilusión, Fruit of the Loom, Vanity Fair, Curvation and Vassarette, within self-service and department stores.

Main functions:
Supervise the team of sales assistants on the floor.
Make visits to stores to ensure correct commercial execution.
Implement exhibition guidelines, planograms and promotions.
Negotiate additional exhibition spaces.
Raising incidents, competition monitoring and operational monitoring.
Prepare reports, weekly roles and monitoring of indicators.
Ensure correct communication of commercial activities.

work schedule

9:00 am to 2:00 pm – Field work (stores).
4:00 pm to 6:30 pm – Work from home (administrative and reporting).

Requirements

Minimum experience of 1 year as a Retail Supervisor (essential).
Basic knowledge of Office and use of mobile applications.
Availability to travel within the area.
Technical baccalaureate or truncated/finished degree.
