Our leading company in the provision of services with more than 300 employees is looking for new talents with availability to work as Call Center Sales Supervisor\n\nWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\n- Minimum 01 year of experience in similar positions as Supervisor or SALES Coordinator in Call Center\n- Availability of hybrid work (have management tools)\n(INDISPENSABLE AND EXCLUSIVE)\n- Studies Truncated or unfinished technicians.\n- Experience in leading teams (essential).\n- Use of Office and MS Excel at an intermediate-advanced level.\n- Management of control monitoring indicators (INDISPENSABLE).\n- Experience providing feedback and coaching to sales teams.\n- Communication capacity at all levels.\n- Carry out an action plan and daily, weekly and monthly results\n\nSCHEDULE RANGE: MONDAY TO MONDAY TO SUNDAY: 8 AM TO 10 PM (8H + BREAK)\nAvailability to go to headquarters as requested on AM shift \nWHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?\n- Supervise, motivate, develop the team and encourage the achievement of objectives.\n- Manage and achieve sales goals.\n- Follow up on your sales quotas and objectives and introduce correctives for their achievement.\n- Preparation progress reports, updating historical information, etc.\n- Keep the information system updated.\n- Increase the productivity of advisors by executing actions to achieve objectives.\n- Control, follow-up and management of personnel in charge.\n- Audit telephone procedures to generate improvements in the advisors' management.\n- Evaluate the general needs of the team to guide the success of compliance.\n- Propose strategies to motivate staff.\n\nWHAT DO WE OFFER?\n- S/.1500.00 soles (Fixed) + 500 (Variable)\n- Complete payroll from the first day (CTS, VACATIONS, GRATIFICATION, FAMILY ALLOWANCE, ESSALUD SOCIAL SECURITY, AND AFP/ONP)\n- Bonuses and incentives.\n- Timely payments, last day of each month\n- Training, remote and paid\n- Short-term career line\n- Corporate and educational agreements\n\nThe best work team is waiting for you!",
