We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor with experience in Tourism (exclusive)!

In our company we continue to grow and we want to incorporate a person with experience in customer service within the tourism sector, with the ability to lead a team and guarantee an excellent experience for our guests.

We understand that hearing the word Tourism, many imagine trips but this is a homeoffice position, 100% remote. It is not linked to travel at all, you work from home.

We are looking for someone decisive, empathetic and organized, who contributes ideas for continuous improvements in the service.

What profile fits us?
-(Exclusive) Previous experience supervising customer service agents and/or coordinating customer service teams
-(Exclusive) Experience in tourism, hospitality or vacation rentals
-(Exclusive) Availability of own equipment for remote work from the first day (PC or notebook, headset with microphone and stable internet)
-Advanced text AI management like Chatgpt/Gemini
-Ability to manage incidents and communicate with clients in a clear and professional manner
-Experience leading teams or interest in consolidating in a supervisory role
-Good level of communication in Spanish (other languages are a plus)

We especially value:
-Know Zoho and CRM tools
-Experience with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Expedia or other similar platforms
-Ability to organize and make decisions in dynamic environments
-Ability to handle complex situations with judgment and calm
-Experience with management tools (Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, PMS, etc.)
-Ticket management
