Job Description
Position objective: Responsible for coordinating, supervising and executing regional payroll processes, ensuring reliable, timely information and compliance with labor, fiscal and government obligations in the assigned countries.
Main functions:
• Preparation and review of biweekly payrolls, commissions and special calculations.
• Preparation and administration of labor documentation and employment contracts.
• Control and monitoring of personnel actions applied to the payroll.
• Review of labor settlements, employer charges and income taxes.
• Supervision of accounting reports, entries and requests for funds.
• Monitoring of overtime and regional reporting.
• Attention and follow-up of queries or incidents related to payrolls.
• Coordination with external payroll providers and internal areas.
• Supervision and support of the team of Payroll Analysts.
• Preparation of reports for audits and comptrollership.
• Update and control of files and labor documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or advanced university student in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Human Resources or related careers.
• Minimum 3 years experience in payroll management, ideally at a regional level.
• Experience in supervision or management of personnel.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel management.
• Knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes in Central America.
