Job Description

DescriptionSupport the technical support of our customers with empathy and pro activity, contributing to customer satisfaction with TOTVS products and services. Responsibilities and duties Support customer service through TOTVS channels, clarifying low-complexity doubts related to the system, with close guidance, in addition to recording suggestions and incidents; Assist in customer service through ticket opening channels, acting with direct supervision and aiming to achieve established goals; Register demands in the system, ensuring complete detail of the evidence necessary to understand and process requests; Support in sorting tickets opened by customers, carrying out reclassifications or categorizations when necessary, depending on the type of ticket or service status; Assist in sending the status of ongoing demands, when requested by customers, through channels such as telephone, email and customer service systems; Contribute to the fulfillment of individual indicators, such as productivity and satisfaction research, in addition to the area's goals and results; Support in updating FAQs and knowledge bases with solutions defined and shared with customers.Requirements and qualificationsSuperior or technologist studying;Microsoft package;Programming logic.Please mention the word **PRIVILEGE** and tag ROjox when applying to show you read the job post completely (#ROjox).
