Requirements:
C2 English level, fluent both oral and written.
Fast, clear and error-free writing.
Ability to analyze situations and make decisions efficiently.
Professional communication, solution and customer orientation.
Previous experience in support or customer service will be considered a success.
Responsibilities:
Attention and assistance to users via chat.
Quick and efficient resolution of queries and incidents.
Handle a large volume of daily messages.
Guarantee a high level of quality and user satisfaction.
Adequate monitoring of internal support processes.
Conditions:
Work 100% remote.
Initial capacity and support included.
Working hours: 6 working days / 1 day off.
8 hour shifts.
