This role is open for remote, but will require you to work in the MST timezone.

WHO FITS THIS ROLE

- 5+ years in operations, project coordination, or systems administration.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Zapier (or other automation tools) is a MUST
- Has administered, built and maintained automations (Salesforce flows, Zapier, or similar)
- Has gathered requirements from stakeholders and delivered implemented solutions
- Has managed multiple concurrent projects using Trello, Asana, or equivalent
- Has trained staff on new systems and managed adoption across teams
- Troubleshoots independently before escalating
- Uses an LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) regularly in their work

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain systems (40%)

- Keep Salesforce flows, Zapier integrations, and connected tools running reliably
- Diagnose issues, identify root causes, implement permanent fixes
- Document resolutions for future reference
- Implement new systems (30%)
- Take systems from requirements to adoption
- Gather requirements, evaluate vendors, configure and test solutions
- Train staff and monitor usage; if adoption is low, diagnose and resolve

Organize projects (20%)

- Maintain Trello so leadership has accurate project visibility
- Track status across departments, follow up with owners, identify blockers early
- Escalate blockers with recommendations before they stall work

Document processes (10%)

- Identify where systems cannot enforce the process
- Create guidance for those points (decision rules, exceptions, handoffs)
- Ensure documentation is accessible at the point of need, not stored in a separate folder

BACKGROUND

Systems analysts who have coordinated projects. Project coordinators who have owned system implementations. Operations staff with 5+ years who automated workflows. Business analysts with hands-on implementation experience.

NICE TO HAVE

- Salesforce Admin certification
- Logistics, moving, or field services experience
- Lean or continuous improvement exposure

SUCCESS AT 6-12 MONTHS

- Automations run reliably with minimal escalation
- Trello accurately reflects project status
- Assigned projects complete on schedule
- Design issues identified before production
