Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead Medical Virtual Assistant hiring across Latin America. This is a working manager role—you’ll stay close to sourcing and hiring execution while also managing recruiters and sourcing resources across the region.
The focus is on building strong pipelines, keeping hiring moving fast, and consistently delivering quality candidates for U.S. clients.
This role reports to the Global Talent Acquisition Director and leads hiring across Latin America. You’ll work closely with Client Servicing, Operations, and centralized support teams to meet ongoing hiring demand.
This includes close collaboration with shared functions such as the centralized delivery team, online communications and branding, talent pool management, and training.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & pipeline building
Build and maintain strong pipelines for Medical VA roles across LATAM
Work closely with the talent pool management team to maximize existing candidate communities
Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, online communities, branding-led campaigns)
Ensure pipelines stay active, warm, and aligned to hiring demand
2. Hiring delivery
Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, endorsement, and offer
Ensure roles move quickly without compromising quality
Track funnel performance and continuously improve conversion rates
3. Team leadership
Manage recruiters and sourcing support across LATAM
Run focused stand-ups and pipeline reviews to keep execution tight
Ensure clarity on priorities, SLAs, and hiring expectations
4. Quality control
Maintain consistent standards for candidate quality:
Strong English communication
Relevant healthcare or administrative experience
Remote readiness
Align screening practices across the team to ensure consistency
5. Stakeholder & cross-functional collaboration
Partner closely with Client Servicing and Operations on hiring needs and timelines
Work with the centralized delivery and communications/branding team to support candidate attraction strategies
Collaborate with training teams to ensure candidate readiness and alignment to role requirements
Provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and market constraints
Experience & Qualifications:
5–8+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in high-volume hiring environments
Experience hiring across Latin America markets
Strong sourcing background with ability to build pipelines from scratch
Experience managing recruiters or distributed teams
Exposure to healthcare, BPO, or virtual assistant hiring is a strong plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment",
