Talent Acquisition Sourcer\n\nSchedule: Monday To Friday (time is pending to be defined)\nThe Talent Sourcer will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and sourcing qualified caregivers to support ongoing and future staffing needs within a home care environment.\nThis role is fully focused on outbound sourcing and headhunting activities and requires a highly proactive and results-driven approach. The ideal candidate will consistently generate caregiver pipelines through direct outreach, platforms, and creative sourcing strategies, rather than relying on inbound applicants. This is a part-time role requiring strong autonomy, urgency, and accountability for sourcing outcomes.\nSkills:\nEnglish C1\n1 Year in talent sourcing, headhunting, or proactive recruitment.\nStrong outbound sourcing skills (email outreach, platform-based sourcing, direct messaging).\nFamiliarity with caregiver or healthcare staffing environments (preferred).\nAbility to identify and engage passive candidates.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProactively source and identify qualified caregivers (CHHA and related profiles) through multiple outbound channels.\nActively engage caregivers via email, direct messaging, sourcing platforms, and other outreach methods.\nBuild and maintain a consistent pipeline of caregiver candidates for both immediate coverage and future needs.\nConduct initial outreach conversations to assess basic fit, availability, and interest.\nUse sourcing platforms, internal databases, and external networks to expand caregiver reach.\nTrack outreach activity and sourcing progress to ensure continuous candidate flow.\nAdapt sourcing strategies based on results and market response. Work independently with minimal supervision, managing time and priorities effectively.\nCollaborate with internal teams to align sourcing efforts with operational needs.\nMaintain professionalism and urgency in all candidate communications.",
