Talent Acquisition Source\n\nSchedule: Monday - Friday (schedule TBA)\nThe Talent Acquisition Source will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging and sourcing qualified caregivers to meet current and future staffing needs within a home care environment.\nThis role focuses entirely on outsourcing and staffing activities and requires a highly proactive and results-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will consistently generate pipelines of caregivers through direct outreach, platforms and creative sourcing strategies, rather than relying on incoming applicants. This is a part-time position that requires great autonomy, urgency, and accountability for hiring outcomes.\nSkills:\nEnglish C1\n1 year in headhunting, headhunting, or proactive recruiting.\nStrong external recruiting skills (email outreach, platform-based recruiting, direct messaging).\nFamiliarity with caregiver or healthcare staff environments (preferred).\nAbility to identify and passively engage candidates.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProactively search for and identify qualified caregivers (CHHA and related profiles) through multiple exit channels. Actively engage caregivers through email, direct messages, sourcing platforms, and other outreach methods. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of caregiver candidates for both immediate coverage and future needs. Conduct initial outreach conversations to assess basic suitability, availability and interest. Use sourcing platforms, internal databases, and external networks to expand your reach to caregivers. Track outreach activity and sourcing progress to ensure a continuous flow of candidates. Adapt sourcing strategies based on results and market response. Work independently with minimal supervision and manage time and priorities effectively.\nCollaborate with internal teams to align sourcing efforts with operational needs.\nMaintain professionalism and urgency in all candidate communications.",
