Summary
Gather tax documentation and complete research to assist in the preparation of company tax return submissions. Calculate tax and book depreciations and record tax related journal entries in the general ledger.

Key responsibilities
•\ Assist in the preparation of company tax returns through gathering tax documentation, researching tax situations, and communicating with Corporate and Site Accounting departments.
•\ Maintain tax calendar to record the submission dates for tax returns and communicate approaching deadlines as necessary.
•\ Assist in gathering information required for internal and external audits to ensure policies and procedures are following accounting regulations and requirements.
•\ Collaborate with Senior Tax department staff to complete tax and book depreciation calculations
•\ Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
•\ Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as Tax Analyst. CPA or equivalent required
•\ Advanced English level.
•\ Proficiency in computerized tax preparation software and tax research software. Previous experience with the USA region.
•\ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical and presentation skills.
•\ Candidates must be located in CDMX, León, Puebla, or Guadalajara.
