We are currently looking for a Team Lead from the Training Department, who will be responsible for strengthening and developing the operator teams in Latin America.
It is a key position where you will be able to directly influence the growth of the team, create training programs from scratch and implement a true culture of learning and development.

Main responsibilities

Analyze training needs in different markets.
Design effective training programs for different teams.
Provide trainings, workshops, practical sessions and demonstrations.
Create educational materials and content for the LMS platform.
Evaluate training results and improve team performance.
Coordinate the work of the trainers in LATAM.
Train trainers, team leaders and managers.
Accompany new collaborators during their integration process.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve the quality of the selection process.

The ideal candidate

Experience in training and personnel development.
Previous experience in a call center.
Knowledge of training tools and LMS systems.
Ability to organize, motivate and inspire teams.
Creativity and growth-oriented mindset.
Spanish - level B2+ (mandatory).
Russian or Ukrainian - level B1 (mandatory requirement to communicate with the global team).
Have technical equipment to work: computer or laptop, stable internet and headset.
