In this role, you will participate in technically leading the development of solutions within a team focused on continuous improvement. Together with stakeholders, you will guide architecture and quality decisions, ensuring that projects meet their business objectives through engineering standards, adoption of good practices (testing, CI/CD, version control) and hands-on work that strengthens the team.

At LeytonMedia we are looking for a Technical Leader to guide technical decision making and ensure the quality of the implemented solutions. The person will be responsible for defining the architecture, establishing good development practices and accompanying the team in the execution of the project, acting as a bridge between the technical and business areas.
Your tasks include:
Technically lead the development team, promoting good practices and quality standards.
Design and supervise scalable, secure and efficient architectures.
Actively participate in development (hands-on) and perform code review.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical requirements and business objectives.
Identify technical risks and propose timely solutions.
Drive continuous improvement, promoting learning and the adoption of new technologies.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in software development and leadership, capable of guiding the team towards high-impact results and with a focus on quality. We especially value the ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and work collaboratively with different business actors.
Requirements:
Solid experience in fullstack software development.
Experience leading technical teams or complex projects.
Knowledge of modern architectures (microservices, cloud, APIs, etc.).
Management of good practices: testing, CI/CD and version control.
Communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
