Responsibilities:
– Support in the processing of payroll data of employees.
– Maintain updated records of employees.
– Verify and reconcile data, including salaries, hours worked and deductions.
– Assist in payroll-related tax calculations and filing.
– Respond to queries and incidents related to payroll.
– Collaborate in compliance with applicable payroll regulations.
Requirements:
– High level of English (approximately 90%).
– Secondary education degree or equivalent.
– Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a payroll support position.
– Basic computer knowledge.
– Attention to detail and precision.
– Organizational skills.
– Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
– Communication skills.
