Job Description

Purpose of the position:
Provide specialized technical service at home, performing installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosis and repair of air conditioning equipment, ensuring its correct operation and customer satisfaction. Likewise, manage spare parts, service orders, billing and corresponding reports, keeping the controls of each work performed updated.

Requirements:
- Graduate of Industrial Bachelor, Expert in Electronics, Expert in Electricity, Expert in Maintenance, Refrigeration or related career.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in installation or repair of Air conditioning equipment
- Knowledge of electronics, electricity, refrigeration and air conditioning.
- Management of the Microsoft Office package at a basic level.
- Knowledge in installation, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of air conditioning equipment.
- Ability to carry out technical work at home and direct customer service.
- Availability to travel to different locations to perform technical services.
