Technical support in the field

In your assigned area of responsibility, as a Frontline Field Maintenance Technician, you will perform basic installations and small repairs for all of our products and services, including maintaining retail point-of-sale, ATM and bank equipment, as well as related computers and peripherals.

Main responsibilities:

• Carry out some small repairs on ATMs (for example, changing light bulbs, card reader straps, air filters, etc.).
• Perform basic installation functions (e.g. pull cables, mounting devices, or installing Mas-Hamilton locks).
• Make technical adjustments such as removing paper jams, cards, bills, etc.
• Follow control procedures for combinations, keys, alarms in the assigned area of ​​responsibility.
• Maintain good communication with members of the technical maintenance team, your business team and management.

Requirements:

• Necessary experience (at least 2 years) in mechatronic, electronic, electromechanical systems installations or repairs or similar.
• Previous experience such as: help desk or technical support, hardware and software repair service.
•Have a technical or professional career in electronics, mechatronics, electromechanics, systems or similar.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and limited parts.
• Basic knowledge of computers, computer peripherals and network connectivity.
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads, stand most of the day, climb and bend when working in a team.
• Accept exposure to external elements.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
