We are looking for a person to provide technical support for DXR X-ray diagnostic solutions, with customer service and management of technical incidents.
Responsibilities:
Receive, analyze and record technical requests related to X-ray diagnostic DXR solutions.
Perform remote diagnostics to resolve incidents.
Create and follow up on work orders, maintaining clear and regular communication.
Manage security-related complaints and escalations.
Contribute to the development of knowledge by writing and updating the knowledge base.
Participate in the management and execution of small projects.
Requirements:
Minimum three years of experience in an engineering, medical or scientific environment.
Previous experience in a position with direct and continuous interaction with the client.
Written communication skills and advanced command of technical documentation.
Analytical skills and ability to solve problems remotely, with autonomy and rigor.
Customer orientation, with well-developed empathy, understanding and patience.
