Technology and software development company incorporates a Field Support Technician based in Córdoba. The position is part-time and involves frequent travel to client facilities to provide in-person technical support. Our clients mainly belong to the agricultural and call center sectors.
Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and repair of desktop and laptop computers (hardware and software)
Installation and configuration of Windows operating systems
Installing software, antivirus and productivity tools
Preventive and corrective maintenance of on-site equipment
Component replacement: RAM, disks, fonts, screens
Basic network and connectivity settings
In-person support to end users at their facilities
Registration and documentation of technical interventions
Frequent transfers to clients",
