Freelance IT Support Technician (desk role)
to provide technical support to our clients in
Curacao

The Technician will be responsible for executing on-site technical support activities, such as diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, connectivity, end-user equipment and technological devices, following the guidelines and service levels established by the client.

Qualifications and requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support (L1 level).
* Solid knowledge of basic hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
* Ability to work independently and follow up on assigned tasks.
*Reside in Curacao and be available for visits on demand.
Conditions
Compensation and conditions:
* Service Provision Contract
*$100 USD per visit (1 to 8 hours per visit).
*Payments are processed monthly.
