Create access for users and update access with information provided about new additions and terminations. \nReport cases and solutions provided, emphasizing frequencies and automating frequent responses. \nReport errors in downloads or inaccurate information from the LMS platform. \nProvide guidance to users on connection difficulties (in coordination with Telecommunications). \nReview and respond to queries in email ********@antamina.com related to technical issues of the LMS platform, in a maximum of 12 hours. \n\nWORK SCHEDULE: \nRotating Schedules: Monday to Saturday. - Hours: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (1 hour snack). \n \nBASIC TRAINING \nGraduate from University or Graduate from prestigious Institute in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems or similar careers. \nMicrosoft Certification in Desktop Support (desirable) \nComplete knowledge of desktop hardware and software assembly. \n \nSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE \nProficiency in the Windows XP Professional platform, \nWindows 7 Intermediate level in Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 \nBasic level in other Microsoft and non-Microsoft applications \nElectronic platforms, LMS or ERP \nMs. Excel \nIntermediate English (desirable)\n\nEXPERIENCE REQUIRED \n\nOne year of experience in Technical Support as an operator in help desks, call centers or Service Desk, with emphasis on telephone support and remote control, with management of automated incident recording systems. \n \nBENEFITS: \n\nBASIC SALARY: S/ 3883\nWORK SYSTEM: 8X6 (Contraguardia) \nWORKPLACE: Remote - availability to travel to the province (Huaraz mine). \n \nAPPLY WITH US!",
