Job functions
Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support in environments based on
Red Hat OpenShift
, supporting the daily operation of the platform.
-Monitor services, identify incidents and execute basic procedures for their resolution or correct escalation.
-Record and document incidents, activities carried out and solutions applied, ensuring transparency and order in processes.
-Collaborate remotely with other team members, maintaining clear and timely communication

Qualifications and requirements
Requirements:
-Knowledge
Red Hat OpenShift.
-Management of
Linux operating systems
, use of command line and execution of basic operational tasks.
-General understanding of container operation and application deployment.
-Previous experience in technical support or similar roles, or good technical training with an interest in starting work experience.
-Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and work environments.
