We are in search of a
Support Technician L1, L2 (dispatch role)
to provide technical support to our clients in San Salvador. This role is aimed at technology professionals who have experience in IT support and who can meet requirements
in person
when specific incidents or requests arise.

Job functions
We require a L1, L2 Support Technician with more than 2 years of experience in ITIL, Help Desk, support systems and knowledge in the networking part. Maintenance of hardware, networks and systems, corrective and preventive, installation of operating systems, diagnosis of hardware and software malfunctions, and technical assistance to end users.
Qualifications and requirements
Activities to do:
-Manage escalated tickets
-Solve first level problems
-Provide technical support to end users
-Maintain and update systems
- Run Windows 10 operating system updates in lab applications typically integrated with instrumentation.
- Implement Windows-based security, including user/group permissions, file/folder permissions, group policies, local security policies, etc.
- Acts as IT technical support contact for OEM/supplier field service engineers, updating computerized systems.
