Manage user credentials upgrade and downgrade requests. \n2. Manage up and down requests in customer applications. \n3. Manage Microsoft365 services. \n4. Escalate incidents with tool providers. \n5. Execution of Scripts for massive changes in Infrastructure. \n6. Manage report requests and information from administered consoles. \n7. Manage client escalations and priorities. \n8. Other activities inherent to the position.\n- Specific knowledge \nExperience in the administration of Microsoft credentials (Enter ID, Active Directory and Microsoft 365), Basic knowledge of computer security (credential management and MFA). Management of ITSM Ticketing tools (Service Now, Jira, Remedy).
