Roles and responsibilities
The Presales Technician will be responsible for converting customer needs into technical solutions and winning commercial proposals. Its main functions include:
Raise technical and business requirements with clients to understand objectives, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Design and prepare technical and economic proposals for projects such as: refactoring, RPA, development factory and QA, and data and application migrations to the cloud.
Define solution architectures, estimates, scopes and assumptions, ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Accompany the commercial team in meetings, demonstrations and executive presentations to support the closing of deals.
Actively participate in the end-to-end sales process: qualification, proposal, negotiation and closing.
Maintain and develop a portfolio of own accounts (calls, visits, follow-up) and manage assigned commercial quotas.
You will collaborate closely with development, QA and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer needs and FactorIT capabilities.

Position description and requirements
We are looking for a professional with commercial experience and a solid technical base in multiple IT domains, capable of translating business requirements into clear and demonstrable technical solutions. The ideal candidate must have skills to communicate effectively, present proposals and manage client relationships, maintaining a consultative and business-oriented approach. Previous experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture or technical leadership is desirable, as well as the ability to work with quotas and objectives, and CRM and sales pipeline management. Availability to live in Lima and work in-person or hybrid will be valued, with flexibility to collaborate with regional teams.
Minimum requirements: verifiable experience in application refactoring and modernization, RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or others), development and QA factory models, on-premise data migrations to the cloud, solid knowledge of AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform, and ability to design scalable, secure and cost-efficient solutions; ability to document technical proposals with diagrams, flows and estimates; communication, analysis and collaboration skills. Certifications in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or RPA/architecture frameworks are strong pluses.

Desirable skills and certifications
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or RPA, previous experience as pre-sales, solutions architect or technical leader. We value relevant certifications in solutions architecture, as well as a history of consultative sales and IT project management. Results-oriented profile, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and work with quotas. Working knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline, and a network of active accounts is a plus.
