Job Description

An important national technology company is currently searching for new talents to strengthen its work team, focused on technical support solutions in the field for end customers with the following requirements:

TECHNICIAN or certified/graduated TECHNOLOGIST (INDISPENSABLE), in systems, equipment maintenance, electronics or related.

Experience of more than TWO YEARS certified, providing on-site and remote technical support to computer equipment and its peripherals.

Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Technical support for printers in operating systems and backups, migration of operating systems. Preparation and inventory of equipment, Knowledge of WIN10, WIN 11 operating systems, Network management, Diagnosis and troubleshooting of laptop and desktop computers.

Its main functions are field support and hardware diagnosis. Must have knowledge of:

Testing of hardware components and BIOS reset, Connection of equipment to the domain and network configuration (IP and DNS), Accurate documentation of cases and incident reporting, Friendly and effective management of user service.

Conditions:

Workplace: Bogotá and surrounding municipalities (AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL) Remote Work

Schedule:The 6:00 a.m. shift to 12:00 p.m. In this period, some deployments are made to servers and 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. In this range, problems that may arise during deployment are addressed.

Salary: $1,750,905 + $38,000 telephone assistance + $249,095 transportation assistance + operational expenses and travel expenses (as applicable) and all legal benefits (bonuses, severance pay, interest on severance pay, paid vacations)
