ATTENTION - All candidates who do not speak ITALIAN well in addition to Spanish will be rejected.
The work is carried out 50% with Italian clients and 50% with Spanish clients.

We are a leading company in hydromassage products in Europe (jacuzzis, saunas, swimming pools and hydromassages) and we are looking to incorporate an After-Sales Technician to manage incidents and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers through tickets in Odoo.

Main functions
Attend and resolve incidents using the Odoo ticket module.

Manage incorrect shipments, product pick-ups and reshipments.

Treat damage upon receipt (breaks, bumps, damage).

Diagnose and offer solutions to technical problems (water leaks, breakdowns, malfunctions).

Coordinate actions and spare parts with suppliers.

Propose quick and effective solutions, remaining calm in the face of angry customers.

Mandatory requirements
High command of written Spanish: impeccable spelling and ability to express oneself clearly.

Experience in after-sales service or customer service with a high volume of incidents.

Knowledge of Office (Word and Excel).

Experience managing mass emails in Outlook, Thunderbird or other email clients.

Ability to work under pressure and manage angry customers.

Residence in Paraguay and good Internet connection.

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week).

It will be valued very positively
Previous experience with European or North American companies.

Knowledge of other languages

Any technical knowledge or similar experience in electricity and plumbing.

We offer
Monthly salary between 3,500,000 and 4,000,000 PYG, depending on experience and skills.

100% remote work.

Full time from Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day.
