You will be the bridge between senior management, the commercial team and data, transforming volumes of information into tactical decisions, early warnings and high-impact initiatives that drive company revenue.\nIf you are passionate about data analysis, tracking commercial KPIs and optimizing processes, this opportunity is for you!\nWhat will be your main responsibilities?\nStrategic Support: Support the execution of the business development strategy and present project reports according to the requirements set by leadership senior.\nEfficiency Analysis and Initiatives: Perform qualitative and quantitative analyzes to prioritize efficiency initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed through clear and concise communications.\nCommercial Control and Metrics: Monitor activity metrics, sales process, quality control in Salesforce and operational cadence to evaluate the commercial activity of the region.\nKPIs and Alerts Tracking: Identify deviations, track the fulfillment of objectives and generate periodic reports (weekly, monthly and on-demand) on sales volume, potential sales and areas of expansion.\nMarket Forecasting and Intelligence: Analyze market statistics and information to advise policy makers and regional directors on projects that positively affect revenue.\nData Management and Presentation: Consolidate and synthesize large volumes of data, generating objective recommendations and impactful presentations for senior management.\nProfile Requirements\nExperience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in Business Development, Sales Ops, RevOps, Business Analysis or Strategic Consulting roles.\nAnalytical tools: Advanced use of Excel (for processing and consolidation of large volumes of data) and PowerPoint (for synthesis and executive presentations).\nCRM: Proven experience in the use and quality control of Salesforce.\nKey skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, business vision and excellent technical and executive communication skills.\nIn compliance with applicable regulations regarding protection of personal data, I authorize in advance, express and informed Colombia ESL S.A.S. for the personal data I provide to be collected in databases in which Colombia ESL S.A.S. will act as responsible to carry out the processing, transmission or transfer of my data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
