Job Description
Position Objective:
Responsible for providing adequate support to the Patient Program and its team, especially regarding information gathering, communication and coordination of activities related to the program.
Responsible for educating the patient in order to empower them against their disease, medication and/or device use, virtually.
Features:
-\ Answer incoming and/or outgoing calls to the account; resolving complaints, doubts or queries from the PSP.
-\ Responsible for contacting the patient, explaining that their doctor has referred them to the program, explaining the program and its duration
-\ Escalate complaints or comments to the corresponding department.
-\ Be up to date with the regulations of the legislation of the country to which they apply for the exercise of their profession.
-\ In charge of taking informed consents, coordinating and confirming education appointments.
-\ Confirm applications, application of surveys, invitations to education events, explanation and guidance for patients about program services and how to obtain them.
-\ Capture adverse events or technical complaints about the devices that patients report during their contact with the operator.
-\ Guarantee the adequate filing of informed consents. applications, education on treatment and pathology, etc.
-\ Provide information on the administrative procedures for access to the pharmaceutical company's medicine according to the flow established by country, always complying with the legislation that applies to each market.
-\ Report each Identified Adverse Event and/or Technical Complaint on time
-\ Enroll patients in the Program with the registration of the corresponding documents, ensuring their correct custody process.
-\ Advise patients about the benefits of the Program, providing permanent support, according to each service cycle.
-\ Educate the Patient and family in the established contents and with the material authorized by each program, in order to empower them against their illness, medication and/or device use, virtually.
-\ Guide the patient in the health system to obtain their medication or application in a timely manner.
Essential Requirements:
-\ Nursing Assistant or Technician as a minimum academic degree.
-\ Experience of at least 2 years in a Patient Support Program.
-\ Solid knowledge of EPS procedures.
