(Mandatory/You will pass a test).\nOffice management at the user level.\nKnowledge and mastery of negotiation and persuasion techniques.\nAbility to work under pressure and achieve established collection objectives.\n\nResponsibilities: \nManage the collection of our penalty portfolio, focusing on the recovery of outstanding debts.\nMake telephone calls to debtors, negotiating and establishing payment agreements to regularize the accounts.\nMonitor the fulfillment of your payment promises generated in your management.\n\nIf you meet the requirements and are passionate about the world of collection management, do not hesitate to apply for this vacancy.
