We are looking for communicative, responsible and service-oriented people to work as a Postpaid Customer Service Advisor.\nWhat will your duties be?\n Answer calls from Claro customers.\n Provide cordial, clear and personalized attention.\n Carry out adequate commercial management in accordance with the customer's needs.\n Contribute to generating an excellent customer service experience.\nWhat do we offer?\n Basic monthly salary of S/ 1,130.\n Variable bonus of up to S/ 300.\n Permanence bonus of up to S/ 300, distributed during the first 3 months.\n 100% remote mode.\n Full Time PM Shift\n Monday to Sunday with rotating rest.\nAvailable schedules:\nRANGE 1:\n12:00 p. m. to 8:15 p.m. m.\n1:00 p. m. to 9:15 p.m. m.\nRANGE 2:\n2:00 p. m. to 10:15 p.m. m.\n3:00 p. m. to 11:15 p.m. m.\n3:15 p. m. to 12:00 a.m. m.\n\n Paid training: S/ 240 for 12 days of theoretical training, prior approval and compliance with the conditions of the process.\n Opportunity to develop your experience in Customer Service.\nRequirements\n Minimum experience of 3 months in a Call Center.\n Availability to work rotating schedules from Monday to Sunday, with rotating rest.\n Residing in Lima or province.\n Have your own PC or laptop.\n Windows 10 u operating system 11.\n 5th generation Core i3 processor or equivalent onwards.\n RAM memory of at least 8 GB.\n Wired Internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.\n Headphones with USB connection.\n Availability to keep the camera on during training.\n Apply and be part of our Customer Service team!",
