Job Description

We are looking for customer service advisors for our client Cencosud, focused on providing support and resolving user queries through calls.

Modality:
- Remote work

What functions are you going to perform?
- Customer service by calls.
- Resolve queries, requests and requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to users.
- Register and track cases in the system.
- Comply with quality and service indicators.

Schedule:
Monday to Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (time zone)
1 day of weekly rotating rest.

Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 3 months in a call center (customer service, sales or retention).
