Job Description
We are looking for retention advisors for our client WOM, focused on building customer loyalty, providing effective solutions and generating retention opportunities through calls.
Modality:
- Remote work
What functions are you going to perform?
- Customer service by calls
- Manage retention and loyalty processes
- Resolve queries and requirements
- Provide solutions to avoid service downtime
- Comply with quality and productivity indicators
Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (time zone)
- 1 day of rotating rest per week

- S/100 variable by indicators

Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 3 months in customer service, sales or call center retention
