Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Advisors for our important Chilean client in the telephone segment.
What functions are you going to perform?
Comprehensive customer service by telephone, regarding general queries regarding your service
Hours:
Full Time time range:
06:00 to 16:00
14:00 to 00:00
(**) 08 hrs of work + 01 hrs of rest
- Rotating Rest 01 day a week
What requirements must you meet?
- Experience in customer service 03 months or more (Valuable experience in Call center or In-person)
- Availability to work in person for 1 week, then everyone will go 100% remote
- Have a computer or laptop, internet, headset and what is necessary for remote management. (INDISPENSABLE)
