Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors for our important banking client who offers their clients practical solutions for personalized attention.

What functions are you going to perform?
Comprehensive customer service by telephone, regarding account statements, bank statements or similar situations.

Hours:
Full Time time range:
07:00 to 17:00
09:00 to 19:00
13:00 to 22:00
(**) 08 hrs of work + 01 hrs of rest
- Rotating Rest between Saturday or Sunday (only 01 day)

What requirements must you meet?
- Experience in customer service 03 months or more (Valuable experience in Call center or In-person)
- Availability to train in person (05 days)
