Job Description

We are a digital advertising agency and we are looking for a person in Paraguay to join our team remotely.

The work is from home, 20 hours per week, with payment of 50% above the Paraguayan minimum wage.

The position is long-term and a legal contract is made under the labor legislation of Paraguay.\ 

What are you going to do?

Support internal processes related to clients (documentation, data, monitoring).

Prepare and adjust emails using HTML templates.

Update purchase, payment and expense information in spreadsheets.

Manage important messages and communications.

Coordinate trips when necessary (flights, hotels, transportation).

Resolve various procedures, both administrative and operational.

Provide technical support when required, especially on web issues and systems.

What we are looking for (very important):

Living in Paraguay.

Being able to work 100% remotely.

Very technical profile: knowledge in programming, web development or solid knowledge of systems is required.

Real ability to solve problems without constant supervision.

Organized, reliable, discreet and proactive person.

Availability to work long term.

Willingness to sign a legal contract in Paraguay.
