Job Description
We are looking for someone to join the content and brand localization team, responsible for adapting and translating materials for the Polish market. The position combines translation, transcreation, cultural adaptation and content coordination for different digital and physical channels.
Responsibilities:
Adapt and localize labels, signage, digital platforms, newsletters and marketing campaigns.
Manage and review translations to ensure accuracy, quality and brand consistency.
Perform transcreation of marketing content, including wordplay, humor and cultural references, maintaining the original intention of the brand.
Verify product information, including ingredients and regulatory compliance when necessary.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations (for example, green claims regulations).
Locate external communications such as newsletters, campaigns, social networks and editorial materials.
Collaborate with digital teams to optimize SEO content.
Work alongside purchasing, design and marketing teams to maintain up-to-date product information.
Adapt global graphic materials to local printing and production needs.
Review materials before publication or printing.
Coordinate with external printing suppliers and manage orders.
Occasionally support the creation of graphic materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Manage localization projects ensuring fluid communication with stakeholders and compliance with deadlines.
Requirements:
Native or very strong command of written Polish and understanding of English.
Experience in translation, localization or transcreation of content.
Organization and project management skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (valued).
Management of digital systems, databases and content tools.
Ability to work autonomously in remote environments.
Attention to detail and consistency in the use of language and branding.
Experience in SEO writing, email marketing or editorial content (valued).
