The position project is part of animal production management at our Lo Miranda plant, O'Higgins region, where we will work to develop, implement and maintain programmable logic control (PLC) programs in industrial environments. The focus is to acquire practical experience and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, integrating a multidisciplinary team to optimize processes and contribute to the operational continuity of the plant. Main functions
Assist in PLC programming and testing using languages such as Ladder Diagram (LD), Structured Text (ST) and Function Block Diagram (FBD).
Collaborate in the configuration of digital and analog inputs and outputs to automate processes.
Interpret electrical and control diagrams to support the implementation of automation projects.
Participate in simulations and program tests in virtual or real environments to validate functions.
Contribute to the basic diagnosis of failures in automated systems and propose efficient solutions.
Maintain compliance with electrical and industrial safety standards in all activities.

Description
We are looking for Civil Engineers, Mechanical Civil Engineers or related careers (Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Industrial Electricity, Robotics, or Industrial Civil Engineering) to join our Lo Miranda plant. The role aims to support the development, implementation and maintenance of PLC programs in a food production environment, within an organization that values ​​safety, quality and continuous improvement. You will work under supervision, with opportunity for hands-on learning and exposure to modern automation technologies, contributing to plant performance and reliability.

Desirable knowledge and skills
Basic knowledge in automation of industrial processes; use of Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000 and Studio 5000 (RSLINK) programming software; ability to interpret electrical plans, sensors and actuators; Intermediate-advanced Excel; desire to learn and develop in a global production environment. Proactivity, ability to work as a team, effective communication and commitment to safety and quality standards are valued.
