We are looking for a Human Resources Trainee with an initial focus on Recruitment and Selection.
You don't need years of experience, we will teach you the entire process.
What will you do with us?
You will learn the complete recruitment cycle: from understanding the client's need to the final offer.
Candidate filter: Review of CVs and initial interviews (in Spanish and English) to evaluate cultural and technical fit.
Active search (Hunting): Using LinkedIn and other platforms to find the best talent.
Monitoring: Coordination of agendas between candidates and area leaders.
Administrative support: Database control and weekly reports.
What do you need to apply?
Studies: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations, Communication or related field.
Languages: Bilingual English. Much of our interactions or profiles require this language.
Interest: Real passion for learning about Recruitment and Selection.
Soft skills: Excellent communication, organization, proactivity and self-management (key for remote work).
