Innovation, technology, and a commitment to excellence drive us, making us not just the workplace but a force for change.\nBenefits:\n100% remote position.\nLaw benefits\nOpportunity for professional growth and career development.\nCollaborative and supportive work environment.\nUS holiday calendar, vacation days and sick days\nMon Fri Schedule, 8hrs a day, weekends off\nExcellent work environment\nGrowth opportunities\nSalary: 4,500,000 COP per Month +150,000 COP stipend\nKey Responsibilities:\nRole-Specific Training: Lead and facilitate training sessions for new and existing Legal Assistants, Intake and Operations staff to ensure high-quality support for our California legal teams.\nContent Support: Assist the Development Manager in developing and updating training manuals, interactive presentations, and instructional resources.\nOnboarding: Execute the initial onboarding phase for LATAM-based employees, ensuring a smooth transition into company culture and technical workflows.\nTraining will include full training equivalent to that of our legal assistants, with the aim of mastering this area and being able to teach it. You will be expected to train and perform the legal assistant duties, before moving onto a full-time training role. We expect this training period to last 3-6 months.\nPerformance Tracking: Help evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback loops, identifying areas where additional coaching is needed.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations and learning and development team to align training materials with real-time needs in processes.\nAdministrative Assistance: Manage training calendars, attendance logs, and internal communications for the training department.\nQualifications:\nBachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field.\nSkills: proactive, responsible, with Initiative and analytical thinking, innovative, problem solver, curious, ability to understand the legal industry and customer service fast-paced environments to identify strengths and weaknesses in multidisciplinary teams.\n12 years of experience in training, teaching, remote education, or related.\nFull bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
