At VAme, were looking for a proactive and experienced Transaction Coordinator (TC) who can handle the fast-paced, high-intensity nature of our business. You will be responsible for:\nManage real estate transactions from contract to close.\nCoordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and title companies.\nTrack all deal milestones, documents, and deadlines.\nEnsure smooth communication between all parties.\nUpdate CRM and maintain accurate records for each transaction.\n\nMust-have:\nProven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in wholesale real estate or fix-and-flip.\nMust have experience with InvestorLift software.\nExtremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.\nAble to handle high-stress calls and communicate clearly.\nMinimal training required, must be ready to hit the ground running.\n\nIf this role aligns with your experience and youre looking for a high-impact opportunity in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
