Our comprehensive service covers recruitment, legal compliance, onboarding, payroll, equipment, and local support, combining simplicity, talent, and technology.\nLocation: Remote Colombia\nEnvironment: Colombian and International Teams\nLanguage: English Advanced\nPart-time / Monday to Friday / AM PST / Weekends may be required occasionally depending on dispatch needs.\nSalary: $2.000.000 COP\n\nAbout the Role:\nThe Dispatcher supports daily operations by coordinating drivers, routes, and service schedules to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries. This role is responsible for securing loads, coordinating dispatch, monitoring driver activity, and keeping vans moving with minimal idle time. The Dispatcher will communicate regularly with drivers, customers, and upper management.\n\nResponsabilities:\nSource and book loads using multiple load platforms (approximately 5) to keep vans consistently dispatched.\nDispatch and coordinate drivers throughout the day (assignments, pickup/delivery times, route updates).\nTrack driver status, route completion, ETAs, and service issues in real time.\nNegotiate load rates when needed and confirm load details prior to dispatch.\nMaintain driver logs, including hours-of-service tracking and daily activity records (as applicable).\nMaintain vehicle and maintenance logs, flagging service needs and coordinating scheduling.\nCommunicate service changes, delays, and issues to drivers, customers, and internal leadership.\nProcess billing support tasks (collect paperwork, confirm PODs, upload documents, and support invoicing).\nProvide daily reporting and operational updates to upper management.\nPrioritize the most important operational goal: avoid downtime (reduce time waiting on loads).\nManage driver intake and onboarding (collect drivers license and required documents).\nCoordinate adding drivers to insurance and removing drivers when no longer employed.\nCalculate driver pay and coordinate with accounting to process payments on time.\nManage fuel cards (issuance, limits, tracking, and resolution of issues).\n\nRequirements:\n3+ year of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or fleet coordination.\nStrong understanding of load boards/dispatch platforms and basic freight terminology.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple drivers and timelines simultaneously.\nComfortable negotiating rates and resolving issues under pressure.\nDetail-oriented with strong follow-through (paperwork, logs, billing support).\nProficient with phone, email, spreadsheets, and dispatch software.\nBilingual English/Spanish.",
