We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated people to help customers book hotels and resort stays. This role focuses on customer service, research and booking coordination while working from home. No prior travel experience required; Comprehensive training is provided.

What you will do
Help clients find and book hotels and resorts.
Answer general questions about accommodation, prices and availability.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online tools.
Follow booking procedures and document customer details accurately.
Participate in virtual training and ongoing support sessions.

Comfortable work from home with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
Interest in travel, hospitality or customer service.
