Job Description

FUNCTIONS:
•\ Prepare food in a hot and cold line, guaranteeing quality, flavor and presentation in each dish.
•\ Operate and control kitchen equipment such as griddles, salamanders and ovens, ensuring their correct and safe use.
•\ Supervise cooking times and maintaining each preparation.
•\ Ensure order, cleanliness and hygiene at your workstation following food safety protocols.
•\ Coordinate with the kitchen team for service efficiency.
•\ Provide support in daily production, anticipating input and preparation needs.

REQUIREMENTS:
•\ Experience of 6 months to 1 year in the area
•\ Age from 19 to 50 years
•\ Minimum secondary education
•\ Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal treatment.
•\ Attitude of service and organization
•\ Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts.
