Job Description

Our leading company in the provision of services with more than 1000 employees is looking for new talents with availability to work as: GTR - CONTROLLER (WORK FROM HOME) Functions:

Plan, organize and carry out process updates necessary in the operation according to the deviations found.
Report deviations from the occupancy Kpis (tardies and/or absences or operations incidents) and manage required dimensions.

Requirements:
Minimum experience of 6 months or more as a GTR, Traffic Controller or similar.
Experience in Call Center services.
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
Basic SQL knowledge
Knowledge of Kpis
100% remote work from Monday to Saturday from 1:00 PM to 22:00 PM, work 8 hours! (1 hour snack)

SALARY:

-Basic salary of S/. 1200 + Variable S/.300
