The 2Brains UX/UI Designer
Its objective is to design user-centered digital experiences that respond to business needs and client challenges, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ideate, test and build effective solutions through high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
Your functions as UX/UI Designer at 2Brains will be:
Collaboratively lead with Product Owners and Stakeholders the definitions of the user experience for at least one Digital Product of the company.
Conduct research with users that supports product decision-making through evaluative and generative research techniques, depending on the moment of the product.
Lead the definition of interfaces in line with Devs roles, creating flows, sketches or wireframes and Mobile and/or Desktop prototypes that ensure a quality experience: usable, desirable and consistent for the user.
Create and validate prototypes that show the flow of users and their interactions with the digital product for which you work.
Additionally, be the reference person for UX and UI Design in a product development team.

What knowledge do we look for in the UX /UI Designer?
Between 2-5 years of experience in roles that perform similar functions.
Experience in Digital Product development environments.
Solid knowledge of Figma (Exclusive)
Experience with Lysnna or Maze.
Knowledge and use of design systems, execution of remote, in-person and hybrid usability tests.
Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies.
Interest and approach to the use of generative Artificial Intelligence within the design process.
Management of techniques, tools and dynamics of evaluative research.
It is a plus if you have experience in digital environments working for Banking.
