At Autonomic Mind, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join one of our partner companies in the automotive industry in the US. This role is ideal for someone who is starting to consolidate their career in UX/UI design, has strong English communication skills, and has already worked on digital products targeting the US market.\nThe designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered experiences, conducting research with US-based users, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. While experience in the automotive industry is a plus, we are also open to candidates coming from SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or other B2C product environments, as these backgrounds bring valuable insights into user journeys and digital experience design.\nRequired Skills:\nProficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).\nExperience in user research and usability testing.\nAbility to design responsive, accessible user interfaces.\nStrong English communication skills (C1).\nPrior experience working on SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or B2C products.\nDesired Skills: \nExposure to the automotive industry or marketplaces.\nFamiliarity with design systems and component libraries.\nBasic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) for collaboration with dev teams.\nMain Responsibilities:\nDesign and improve user interfaces and experiences for digital platforms.\nConduct user research and usability testing with US-based users.\nTranslate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.\nCollaborate in English with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.\nEnsure design consistency and adherence to design system/brand guidelines.\nDetails:\nEducation: Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related (not mandatory).\nModality: Remote from Colombia.\nType of Contract: Labor.\nEnglish Level: C1, mandatory\nExperience: +2 years of experience.\nSalary: $7.950.000",
