We not only manage claims; We redesign the vehicle life cycle to make it more agile and efficient. We are looking for a freelance car appraiser who masters the intersection between expert technique and cutting-edge technology, to collaborate with us on one of our key projects in Mexico.

Someone who enjoys validating damage with surgical precision through digital tools, adjusting assessments in real time and providing technical rigor to each file. You will be an impact multiplier for the operations team, resolving files in record time with maximum technical rigor.

Your mission in collaboration:
As a fundamental part of our operational management strategy, your responsibilities are divided into two axes:
1. Technical Validation and AI: You will supervise pre-valuation reports generated by AI, validating damage, severity and repair costs digitally.
2. Fine Adjustment: You will compare versions of damage and documentation with photographic evidence, adjusting valuations in market valuation tools according to expert criteria.
3. Intelligent Triage: You will decide in minutes the flow of the incident, applying expert technical judgment on each file.

What are we looking for in you?
* Experience: Between 3 and 5 years as a car appraiser, preferably in valuation offices or reference TPAs ​​in Mexico.
* Technological Agility: Expert domain of Audatex, Mitchell, etc. and ease of operating on web platforms and digital environments.
* Efficiency Mentality: Ability to manage a high volume of daily files with agility and precision.
* Freelance profile: Be registered as a natural person with business or professional activity (or legal entity), with billing capacity (RFC and issuance of CFDI 4.0) for the provision of services.
* Availability: Ability to finalize the volume of files according to the agreed time, without exclusivity and with schedule flexibility typical of an independent collaboration for fees.

About collaboration
This position is developed under a fee-based professional services provision scheme. The collaboration is structured by files/deliverables, with fee and billing conditions that will be detailed during the selection process.
