FUNCTIONS:
\ Prospect and attract new construction companies and companies in the sector.
\ Visit associated works and offices to offer products or services.
\ Advise technically on the features, benefits and details of the products.
\ Prepare quotes, commercial proposals and follow up on sales opportunities.
\ Negotiate commercial conditions and close agreements with clients.
\ Coordinate with the logistics and sales administration area to ensure efficient service.
\ Keep the customer database updated and report progress to the commercial area.
